Refreshing Orange Banana Turmeric Smoothie
Ingredients
- 80 g cashews, soaked overnight & strained
- 380 g orange sliced, frozen
- 1 ripe banana
- 8 g ginger
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 pinch of black pepper
- 400 ml water
Preparation
Soak the cashews overnight and strain them
Add all ingredients to a blender
Blend until smooth and creamy
