Refreshing Orange Banana Turmeric Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 80 g cashews, soaked overnight & strained
  • 380 g orange sliced, frozen
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 8 g ginger
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 400 ml water

Preparation

  1. Soak the cashews overnight and strain them

  2. Add all ingredients to a blender

  3. Blend until smooth and creamy
