Easy Vegan Student Cake
Ingredients
- 1 and a half cups of all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cane sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup lukewarm water
- 5 tablespoons of oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 teaspoons vinegar
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients together.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 180°C for 25-30 minutes.
Serve.
