Easy Vegan Student Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 and a half cups of all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cane sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup lukewarm water
  • 5 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 teaspoons vinegar

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients together.

  2. Pour the mixture into a greased baking tray lined with parchment paper.

  3. Bake at 180°C for 25-30 minutes.

  4. Serve.
