Java Chip Edible Cookie Dough Balls

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil, not fully melted!
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar or pure cane
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp instant coffee
  • 1 tbsp cacao
  • 1 cup gluten free 1 to 1 baking flour
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup plant based milk
  • mini chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. In a medium bow, mix together coconut oil, sugar, instant coffee, cacao, and vanilla extract

  2. Add salt and stir in the flour! slowly add in the milk and mix until fully incorporated

  3. Fold in mini chocolate chips (however many you desire)

  4. Use a small cookie scooper to transfer them onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper

  5. Drizzle with chocolate and more mini chocolate chips then pop into the freezer for about 10-15 minutes and then serve
