Olive Oil Pasta Recipe
Ingredients
- fettuccine pasta - 1 packet ( or any other you have ) i used gluten free & dairy free
- garlic - 4 cloves crushed or chopped
- salt - according to your taste
- bokchoy - ( 3 bundles )
- lemon and pepper seasoning - 2 tsp
- red chilli flakes - 1tsp
- red chilli powder- 1/2 tsp
- ginger - tiny piece ( grated )
- olive oil - 3tbsp
- basil leaves - 10 leaves torn ( optional )
- tofu - 1/2 cup grated ( you choose anything else or keep it simple.
- You can add your any vegetable you want
Preparation
Boil pasta as per the instructions on the box . ✒ In a pan or a wok add olive oil over medium heat , lower the heat and add garlic, ginger , pinch of salt and red chilli flakes ..Cook for few seconds and add Bokchoy and stir fry . ✒ While its frying add red chilli powder, lemon and pepper seasoning and cook over low heat until everything is mixed through
Once done toss your pasta and add some black pepper, Chopped basil leaves, red chilli flakes if you want and toss again to coat
Transfer this pasta into another pan and in the same pan add 1tsp of olive oil , add chopped garlic , red chilli paste , lemon pepper seasoning, grated tofu and mix well . ✒ Cook for about 1 minute on high heat once done , mix this tofu mixture in the Pasta
Toss well together , serve and enjoy
