Sourdough Based Buffalo Cauliflower Pizza with Homemade Ranch Dressing
Ingredients
- 1 pack sourdough pizza dough
- 1/2 medium cauliflower cut into small florets
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 3 sprigs of parsley
- 1/4 cup smoked vegan cheese
- 1 red onion cut into thin rings
- buffalo marinara
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper
Place the cauliflower in to a bowl and coat with paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, corn starch and olive oil. Lay onto the baking tray and bake fro 20-30 mins
For thr ranch dressing: 4 tbsp plant based yoghurt, 2 tsp dill, 1 tbsp oat milk, 1 tsp dried parsley, 1 tbsp maple syrup, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp salt.
Add all the ranch dressing into a bowl and combine well. Leave in the fridge until ready for serving
Roll out the dough onto a floured surface to around 30cm diameter
For the buffalo marinara: 5 tbsp sriracha, 2 tbsp vegan mayo, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 maple syrup, 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar, 1 tbsp butter melted.
Melt the butter in a pan. Then ddd all the buffalo marinara into a jug and combine well
Place the dough onto a lined baking tray. Using the back of a spoon, smooth the marinara around the pizza base, leave a 2cm gap around the edges
Add the cheese, onion and cauliflower and bake for 10-12 mins or until the dough is golden and crispy
Garnish with parsley and ranch sauce and serve
