Thick and Creamy Sunshine Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen mango + pineapple
- 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower chunks
- protein powder (optional)
- liquid to blend (around 1/4 or 1/2 cup)
Preparation
Add all the ingredients into a high-speed blender or food processor.
Blend until smooth, being patient as it may be thick and chunky.
Add more liquid gradually if needed, a small splash at a time.
