Almond Butter Chocolate Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 cup steamed then frozen zucchini
- 1/3 cup roasted butternut squash
- half frozen ?
- 1/2 cup fruit of your choice (papaya, assorted frozen raspberries or ?)
- 1 tbsp peanut or almond butter
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 1/3 cup nut milk
- optional 1 scoop protein of choice (my fav is @vitalproteins collagen peptides or @nuzest_usa pea protein)
Toppings
- Frozen raspberry + coconut ? flasks + @purely_elizabeth granola + @lilys_sweets dark chocolate chips coconut ? flake + raspberry + ? pollen
Preparation
Steam and freeze the zucchini in advance if not already prepared
Roast the butternut squash in advance if not already done
Blend all base ingredients until smooth
Pour the mixture into a bowl
Add the toppings
