Chocolate Almond Butter Breakfast Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup steamed then frozen zucchini
- 1/2 cup cubes papaya
- 1/2 frozen 🍌 (optional)
- 1/3 cup frozen sweet potato
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1/3 cup nut milk
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- Optional: 1 scoop protein of choice
Preparation
Combine the frozen zucchini, papaya cubes, optional frozen banana, and frozen sweet potato in a blender.
Add almond butter, nut milk, and cacao powder to the blender.
If desired, add a scoop of your preferred protein powder.
Blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy, adjusting the consistency with more nut milk if needed.
Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy!
