Chocolate Almond Butter Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup steamed then frozen zucchini
  • 1/2 cup cubes papaya
  • 1/2 frozen 🍌 (optional)
  • 1/3 cup frozen sweet potato
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1/3 cup nut milk
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • Optional: 1 scoop protein of choice

Preparation

  1. Combine the frozen zucchini, papaya cubes, optional frozen banana, and frozen sweet potato in a blender.

  2. Add almond butter, nut milk, and cacao powder to the blender.

  3. If desired, add a scoop of your preferred protein powder.

  4. Blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy, adjusting the consistency with more nut milk if needed.

  5. Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy!
