Thick Peanut Butter Chocolate Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup steamed then frozen zucchini
  • 1/2 cup papaya and/or mango + half banana
  • 1/4 cup frozen sweet potato
  • 2 Tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1/3 cup nut milk
  • optional 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • optional 1 scoop protein powder

Toppings

  • purely elizabeth granola
  • coconut flake
  • hazelnuts
  • more nut butter

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients except toppings until smooth

  2. Pour the mixture into a bowl

  3. Add the desired toppings on top
