Thick Chocolate Raspberry Almond Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup steamed then frozen cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup papaya or banana
  • 1/4 cup frozen sweet potato
  • 1 tablespoon Trader Joe's almond butter
  • 1 dollop of Siggi's full fat yogurt (optional)
  • 1/3 cup homemade nut milk
  • 2-3 tablespoons cacao powder

Toppings

  • Purely Elizabeth granola
  • coconut flakes
  • frozen raspberry
  • sliced almonds

Preparation

  1. Blend on low speed and slowly increase to high to achieve the thick texture
