Thick Chocolate Raspberry Almond Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup steamed then frozen cauliflower
- 1/2 cup papaya or banana
- 1/4 cup frozen sweet potato
- 1 tablespoon Trader Joe's almond butter
- 1 dollop of Siggi's full fat yogurt (optional)
- 1/3 cup homemade nut milk
- 2-3 tablespoons cacao powder
Toppings
- Purely Elizabeth granola
- coconut flakes
- frozen raspberry
- sliced almonds
Preparation
Blend on low speed and slowly increase to high to achieve the thick texture
