Mint Chocolate Smoothie with Hidden Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/3 cup frozen sweet potato
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 2/3 cup @califiafarms almond milk
  • 1 packet mint cacao @nuzest_usa protein powder
  • 1 small handful fresh mint leaves
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder (I used @navitasorganics)
  • 1/2 tsp spirulina powder! (Sounds weird but you don’t taste it) from @hawaiianspirulina
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients together.

  2. Top with @lovvelavva plant yogurt, granola, bee pollen, coconut shreds, and extra mint leaves

Tips

  1. Spirulina powder may sound unusual, but it does not affect the taste significantly.
