Mint Chocolate Smoothie with Hidden Vegetables
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/3 cup frozen sweet potato
- 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
- 2/3 cup @califiafarms almond milk
- 1 packet mint cacao @nuzest_usa protein powder
- 1 small handful fresh mint leaves
- 2/3 cup water
- 2 tablespoons cacao powder (I used @navitasorganics)
- 1/2 tsp spirulina powder! (Sounds weird but you don’t taste it) from @hawaiianspirulina
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
Preparation
Blend all ingredients together.
Top with @lovvelavva plant yogurt, granola, bee pollen, coconut shreds, and extra mint leaves
Tips
Spirulina powder may sound unusual, but it does not affect the taste significantly.
