Simple Delicious Smoothie

Ingredients

  • hokkaido pumpkin
  • quinoa
  • beetroot hummus
  • sprouts
  • arugula
  • 1 can of chickpeas
  • 3/4 cucumber
  • 1 red onion
  • 10 small tomatoes
  • juice of half a lemon
  • parsley
  • salt
  • pepper
  • olive oi

Preparation

  1. Baked some hokkaido pumpkin in the oven, cooked some quinoa and made a chickpea salad

  2. I served it with some beetroot hummus, sprouts and arugula

  3. The chickpea salad is simply just 1 can of chickpeas, 3/4 cucumber, 1 red onion, 10 small tomatoes, juice of half a lemon, parsley, salt, pepper and olive oil if you want

  4. Devoured this while watching a movie

  5. It’s rainy and cold today in Berlin so a cozy and lazy day is needed
