Simple Delicious Smoothie
Ingredients
- hokkaido pumpkin
- quinoa
- beetroot hummus
- sprouts
- arugula
- 1 can of chickpeas
- 3/4 cucumber
- 1 red onion
- 10 small tomatoes
- juice of half a lemon
- parsley
- salt
- pepper
- olive oi
Preparation
Baked some hokkaido pumpkin in the oven, cooked some quinoa and made a chickpea salad
I served it with some beetroot hummus, sprouts and arugula
The chickpea salad is simply just 1 can of chickpeas, 3/4 cucumber, 1 red onion, 10 small tomatoes, juice of half a lemon, parsley, salt, pepper and olive oil if you want
Devoured this while watching a movie
It’s rainy and cold today in Berlin so a cozy and lazy day is needed
