Spicy Coriander Sauce with Garlic and Chilies
Ingredients
- 2 bunches coriander, approximately 2 cups coarsely chopped leaves and stalks
- 7-8 cloves garlic
- 1 small onion
- 4 whole green chilies
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
Preparation
Wash the coriander well and discard any thick and tough stalks, then coarsely chop it.
Peel the garlic and onions and cut them into small pieces.
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend into a smooth paste.
Serve to spice up your meals or as a dip.
Store in an airtight glass jar.
