Tomato and Turmeric Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of cooked chopped cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup of parsley
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1/2 cup of chopped cucumber
  • Juice from 1/2 lemon
  • 4 cm long fresh turmeric
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • Pinch of unrefined sea salt
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
