- zoodles & tomatoes

- Potatoes
- olive oil & savory seasoning
- chicken
- halved cherry tomatoes & frozen green beans
- balsamic and mozzarella
- Plate 4 ?? Potatoes seasoned with olive oil & savory seasoning. baked at 400° for 20 minutes + removed the pan then added the chicken
- halved cherry tomatoes & frozen green beans. seasoned them the same then baked the pan for another 20 minutes + added balsamic and mozzarella to the chicken and baked until cheese was melted

Preparation
Plate 1 ?? Thinly sliced chicken breast seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic, Italian seasoning & lemon. baked at 400° for 20-25 with two slices of lemon on the bottom + white rice +t 3 tbs parm+ 1 tbsp go grass fed butter + chicken broth and stir until creamy + sautéed 1 head of broccoli & 1/2 small onion. mixed together with rice then added juice of 1/2 lemon
Plate 2 ?? Sautéed zucchini, onion & corn in olive oil, salt, pepper & garlic + parm rice: two servings white rice but sub chicken broth for water. once cooked, add salt, pepper, 2 tbs grass fed butter, 2 tbs parm & juice of half a lemon
Plate 3 ?? Brown rice pasta + sautéed zoodles & tomatoes in olive oil, salt, pepper & garlic + once veggies and noodles are cooked, toss all together with a splash of bone or veggie broth, butter, smoked paprika, crushed red pepper flakes, parsley & parmesan cheese
Plate 5 ?? Chicken breast seasoned with meat/potatoes seasoning
Baked at 350° for about 30-35 minutes + sautéed broccoli + organic whole wheat fusilli tossed in marinara & a sprinkle of parm
