Baked Golden Potato Wedges with Spices

Ingredients

  • 1 kg potato
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 3 tbsp rice flour
  • 1-2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp curry powder
  • Fresh rosemary

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C

  2. In a bowl, combine the spices and rice flour

  3. Wash the potatoes without peeling them and cut them into wedges

  4. Add oil to the bowl and mix well, then add the potato wedges and coat them with the mixture

  5. Place on a baking tray, sprinkle with fresh rosemary, and bake for 45 minutes until golden brown
