Crispy Baked Potato Wedges
Ingredients
- 1kg potatoes
- 3-4 tbsp oil
- 3 tbsp rice flour
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1-2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp curry powder
- fresh rosemary
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
In a small bowl combine the spices and rice flour.
Thoroughly wash potatoes (don't peel them!). Cut them into even-sized wedges lengthwise and place into a large bowl.
Add the oil to the bowl and mix it well. Add spices-rice flour-mixture to the potatoes and mix it well.
Tip the potatoes onto a baking tray.
Sprinkle with fresh rosemary.
Transfer the potatoes to the oven and bake for about 45 minutes until golden-brown.
