Bbq Portobello Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • mushrooms
  • garlic
  • balsamic vinegar

Preparation

  1. Best if you can let them sit for 15-30 minutes before you cook them for the best flavour

  2. Remove the stems from the mushrooms and rub some crushed and minced garlic into the gills

  3. Then drizzle with balsamic vinegar and rub this in too

  4. Let them sit to absorb the balsamic before grilling on the BBQ

  5. They taste amazing!! I grilled some thick cut onion rings too although I did lose a few between the bars of the grill on to the coals
