Broccoli Cheese Paratha Pinwheels
Ingredients
- 4 plain parathas (frozen ready made, thawed)
- 1 broccoli head
- 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
- 2 eggs (optional)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp oregano
Preparation
Blitz the broccoli in a food processor.
Transfer the broccoli to a mixing bowl and add cheese, salt, and pepper.
Optionally add herbs such as oregano and chili for spice.
Lay the plain parathas flat on a surface.
Spread the broccoli mixture onto the parathas and place another paratha on top.
Roll up the stacked parathas into a log shape.
Cut the roll into even slices.
Place the slices on a tray and bake in a preheated 180°C oven for 20 minutes or until brown and crispy.
