High Protein Chocolate Pumpkin Waffles

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 100ml Barebells chocolate shake
  • 2 tbsp Two Chicks egg whites
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin purée
  • half a scoop of whey protein (chocolate caramel flavor)

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together.

  2. Place the mixture in a waffle iron and cook for 5 minutes.

  3. Top with figs, chocolate shot, and peanut butter.
