Simple High Protein Pumpkin Bread
Ingredients
- 64 grams of @1stphorm pumpkin spice latte level-1 protein (2 scoops)
- 158 ml of almond or cashew milk (2/3 cup)
- 95 grams of pumpkin puree (6 tablespoons)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup of Trader Joe's pumpkin pancake/waffle mix (or any similar mix)
Preparation
Whisk all ingredients together.
Pour the mixture into a loaf pan greased with coconut oil spray.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 25-30 minutes.
Check after 15 minutes; the bread is done when a fork inserted comes out clean with no batter.
Store the baked bread in the fridge, covered.
Optionally, top with American Dream Nut Butter pumpkin cheesecake almond butter or other flavors for added taste.
