Ingredients
- 1/4 cup buckwheat flour (could sub with regular or oat flour)
- scoop of protein- i used @myproteinuk jam roly poly
- tbsp thick yogurt
- 1/4 cup milk
- tsp baking powder

Served with yoghurt, berries, @myproteinuk almond butter, seeds and syrup
