Mini Buckwheat Protein Waffles

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup buckwheat flour (could sub with regular or oat flour)
  • scoop of protein- i used @myproteinuk jam roly poly
  • tbsp thick yogurt
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • tsp baking powder

Preparation

  1. Served with yoghurt, berries, @myproteinuk almond butter, seeds and syrup
