Homemade Crispy Sweet Potato Wedges with Hummus

Ingredients

  • 2 large sweet potatoes or white potatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Smoked paprika
  • Hummus

Preparation

  1. Cut the sweet potatoes into fries or wedges.

  2. Place them in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.

  3. Toss until evenly covered.

  4. Spread on baking paper-lined baking tray.

  5. Bake in oven at 180°C for 30-40 minutes, turning halfway through, until crispy.

  6. Serve with hummus.
