Homemade Crispy Sweet Potato Wedges with Hummus
Ingredients
- 2 large sweet potatoes or white potatoes
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Smoked paprika
- Hummus
Preparation
Cut the sweet potatoes into fries or wedges.
Place them in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
Toss until evenly covered.
Spread on baking paper-lined baking tray.
Bake in oven at 180°C for 30-40 minutes, turning halfway through, until crispy.
Serve with hummus.
