Zucchini Hummus with Bee Balm Garnish

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almonds soaked
  • 1/2 cup peeled zucchini
  • 1.5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1.5 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seed powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • Pinch of smoked paprika

Preparation

  1. Soak your almonds for a few hours in warm water.

  2. Meanwhile, peel and chop the zucchini.

  3. Peel the skins off of the almonds.

  4. In a food processor, blend the almonds, zucchini.

  5. Add in the rest of the ingredients.

  6. Blend until smooth.

  7. Cover and store in fridge for a few days until use.

  8. Garnish with bee balm petals or any other edible flowers you have.

  9. Use a vintage teacup to serve in.

  10. Make it the night before your party for better flavor.
