Veggie Coconut Wrap with Edamame Wasabi Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup shelled edamame
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 1/2 tsp wasabi powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients until very smooth.

  2. Add more water if needed.

  3. Enjoy with gluten-free and paleo coconut wraps along with veggies and avocado.
