Veggie Coconut Wrap with Edamame Wasabi Hummus
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup shelled edamame
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 1/2 tsp wasabi powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
Preparation
Blend all ingredients until very smooth.
Add more water if needed.
