Super Creamy Homemade Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1 can of chickpeas (250 grams)
  • 3 tbsp. tahini
  • 5 tbsp. water
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. ground cumin
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • A pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Drain and rinse the chickpeas

  2. Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth

  3. Adjust seasoning to taste and serve
