Green Hummus with Peas and Mint

Ingredients

  • 250 grams of green peas
  • 10 grams of fresh mint
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • A pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. In a food processor, combine all the ingredients and mix until a smooth and creamy hummus.

  2. Add more olive oil or water to thin if needed.

  3. Adjust salt to taste if necessary.
