Green Hummus with Peas and Mint
Ingredients
- 250 grams of green peas
- 10 grams of fresh mint
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- A pinch of salt
Preparation
In a food processor, combine all the ingredients and mix until a smooth and creamy hummus.
Add more olive oil or water to thin if needed.
Adjust salt to taste if necessary.
