Fried Artichoke Hearts with Lemon and Oil
Ingredients
- 5 artichokes
- Olive oil
- Salt, pepper
- Lemon juice
Preparation
Chop away the leaves of the artichokes (we are only using the heart but you can cook the leaves and eat them with oil later)
Chop hearts in thin slices
Heat up oil in a pan
Fry artichokes for a couple of minutes
Spice with salt and pepper
Serve with a bit of lemon on top
