Preparation

Cut the sweet potatoes into wedges.
Place the sweet potato wedges on a baking tray.
Drizzle olive oil over the sweet potatoes and season with salt and pepper.
Bake the sweet potato wedges in the preheated oven for 20 to 30 minutes, or until they are tender and slightly crispy.
Use a fork to create a few fork marks on the surface of the roasted sweet potato wedges.
