Golden Hasselback Potatoes Oven Roasted
Ingredients
- 150g salad potatoes
- 1-2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200C.
Lay a potato on the chopping board and put two wooden spoon handles either side of it to stop cutting through.
Make incisions about 1/2 cm apart along the potato.
Drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper, and massage to get seasoning into all ridges.
Roast in the oven for 30-35 minutes until golden and crisping up.
