Golden Hasselback Potatoes Oven Roasted

Ingredients

  • 150g salad potatoes
  • 1-2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 200C.

  2. Lay a potato on the chopping board and put two wooden spoon handles either side of it to stop cutting through.

  3. Make incisions about 1/2 cm apart along the potato.

  4. Drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper, and massage to get seasoning into all ridges.

  5. Roast in the oven for 30-35 minutes until golden and crisping up.
