Homemade Beet Hummus with Avocado and Bread
Ingredients
- 2 cooked beets
- Can of chickpeas about 10 oz
- 2 tbsp of tahini
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
- 3/4 tsp salt, or more if needed
Preparation
Blend everything in blender or in food processor until smooth.
