Homemade Beet Hummus with Avocado and Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 cooked beets
  • Can of chickpeas about 10 oz
  • 2 tbsp of tahini
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper
  • 3/4 tsp salt, or more if needed

Preparation

  1. Blend everything in blender or in food processor until smooth.
