Classic Hummus with Garlic and Tahini
Ingredients
- 1 tin of chickpeas
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tbsp of tahini
- 3/4 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
- salt to taste
- optional: few tablespoons of hemp seeds
Preparation
Blend all ingredients until creamy.
Optionally, add a few tablespoons of hemp seeds to increase protein and omegas.
