Beetroot Chickpea Hummus with Tahini
Ingredients
- 2 medium beetroots, cleaned, cooked and peeled
- 1 can chickpeas (400g)
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 garlic clove
- 3 tablespoons tahini
- Salt to taste
- Water to thin
Preparation
Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
Taste and adjust the seasoning by adding more salt or lemon if needed.
