Beetroot Chickpea Hummus with Tahini

Ingredients

  • 2 medium beetroots, cleaned, cooked and peeled
  • 1 can chickpeas (400g)
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 3 tablespoons tahini
  • Salt to taste
  • Water to thin

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.

  2. Taste and adjust the seasoning by adding more salt or lemon if needed.
