Easy Hummus Dip with Chickpeas and Tahini
Ingredients
- 1 drained and rinsed can of chickpeas or 2 cups
- 2 heaping tablespoons tahini
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Enough water to blend
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender or food processor.
Blend on high until completely smooth.
