Simple Vegan Hummus with Garlic and Tahini
Ingredients
- 1 tin of chickpeas
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tablespoons of tahini
- 3/4 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
- salt to taste
- optional: few tablespoons of hemp seeds
Preparation
Blend all ingredients together until creamy.
Optionally, add hemp seeds before blending for extra protein and omega-3s.
