Simple Vegan Hummus with Garlic and Tahini

Ingredients

  • 1 tin of chickpeas
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tablespoons of tahini
  • 3/4 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • optional: few tablespoons of hemp seeds

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients together until creamy.

  2. Optionally, add hemp seeds before blending for extra protein and omega-3s.
