Hummus and Vegetable After School Platter

Ingredients

  • 1 tin (400gms) organic chickpeas
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • 1/2 lemon squeezed
  • 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Preparation

  1. Optional: Add a few baby spinach leaves to make the hummus green.

  2. Blitz all the ingredients together in a food processor.
