Hummus and Vegetable After School Platter
Ingredients
- 1 tin (400gms) organic chickpeas
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 1/2 lemon squeezed
- 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- Salt to taste
Preparation
Optional: Add a few baby spinach leaves to make the hummus green.
Blitz all the ingredients together in a food processor.
