Extra Creamy Vegan Hummus with Fresh Garnishes
Ingredients
- 2 cans organic chickpeas
- 1 cup tahini
- Juice of 1 large lemon
- Chickpea juice (aquafaba) from one can
- 3-4 cloves garlic
- 1-2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Preparation
Blend everything in the Vitamix until smooth and creamy
Plate the hummus in a shallow bowl and decorate with chopped purple onions, roasted chickpeas, cherry tomatoes, parsley, lemon wedges, and crushed red pepper
Serving
Enjoy with warm pita bread
