Extra Creamy Vegan Hummus with Fresh Garnishes

Ingredients

  • 2 cans organic chickpeas
  • 1 cup tahini
  • Juice of 1 large lemon
  • Chickpea juice (aquafaba) from one can
  • 3-4 cloves garlic
  • 1-2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Preparation

  1. Blend everything in the Vitamix until smooth and creamy

  2. Plate the hummus in a shallow bowl and decorate with chopped purple onions, roasted chickpeas, cherry tomatoes, parsley, lemon wedges, and crushed red pepper

Serving

  1. Enjoy with warm pita bread
