Simple Classic Hummus Dip for Weekends
Ingredients
- 1 x 400g can chickpeas (drained but keep 3 tbsps)
- 3 tbsp aquafaba (water from chickpea can)
- 1 small lemon, juice only
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
Preparation
Put all ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth.
Serve with a drizzle of olive oil and sprinkle of smoked paprika.
Tip: Adding a cube of ice to the blender helps to make the hummus extra smooth and creamy.
