Spirulina Hummus Immune Boosting Snack

Ingredients

  • 500g chickpeas
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp SpiraVeg Fresh Spirulina

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender except SpiraVeg Fresh Spirulina and blitz until smooth.

  2. Once blended, gently stir in the fresh spirulina.

  3. Remove and serve.
