Roasted Garlic Hummus

Ingredients

  • 2 can chickpeas
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4-5 garlic cloves, roasted
  • 2 ice cubes
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • a pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth, scrapping sides as you go

  2. To roast garlic, place garlic bulb in a small square of tin foil with top of bulb trimmed off and a drizzle of olive oil

  3. Bake at 400 degrees f for 30-40 mins until soft
