Roasted Garlic Hummus
Ingredients
- 2 can chickpeas
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4-5 garlic cloves, roasted
- 2 ice cubes
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- a pinch of salt
Preparation
Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth, scrapping sides as you go
To roast garlic, place garlic bulb in a small square of tin foil with top of bulb trimmed off and a drizzle of olive oil
Bake at 400 degrees f for 30-40 mins until soft
