Perfect Beet Hummus Dip for Vegetables and Crackers
Ingredients
- 2 x 400g tins chickpeas
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 2 garlic cloves
- 4 tbsp light tahini @belazu_co
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp olive oil (optional)
- salt and black pepper
- 1 tbsp @unicornsuperfoods beetroot powder
Preparation
Drain the chickpeas into a bowl (keeping the liquid, you’ll need that later)
Blitz all the ingredients @vonshef_uk
Gradually add some of the chickpea liquid until the desired consistency is reached
