Perfect Beet Hummus Dip for Vegetables and Crackers

Ingredients

  • 2 x 400g tins chickpeas
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 4 tbsp light tahini @belazu_co
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (optional)
  • salt and black pepper
  • 1 tbsp @unicornsuperfoods beetroot powder

Preparation

  1. Drain the chickpeas into a bowl (keeping the liquid, you’ll need that later)

  2. Blitz all the ingredients @vonshef_uk

  3. Gradually add some of the chickpea liquid until the desired consistency is reached
