Homemade Hummus Platter with Smoked Paprika

Ingredients

  • 400g of chickpeas (tinned)
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons of tahini
  • 5 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Toppings

  • Thyme
  • Smoked paprika

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth.

  2. Top the hummus with thyme and smoked paprika.

  3. Serve with vegetables and bread of your choice.
