Homemade Hummus Platter with Smoked Paprika
Ingredients
- 400g of chickpeas (tinned)
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons of tahini
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Toppings
- Thyme
- Smoked paprika
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth.
Top the hummus with thyme and smoked paprika.
Serve with vegetables and bread of your choice.
