Super Creamy Roasted Beet Hummus

Ingredients

  • One small roasted red beet
  • 1 1/2 cup cooked chickpeas
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • Salt to taste

Preparation

  1. Add all the ingredients to your high-powered blender and make a creamy paste

  2. Garnish with pumpkin seeds, black and white sesame seeds and sprouts
