Sundried Tomato Hummus Snack Idea

Ingredients

  • 1 can of chickpeas 380 g
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 0.5 dl sundried tomatoes
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 dl olive oil
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Preparation

  1. Blend all the ingredients in a food processor until the hummus is nice and smooth.

  2. Serve with your meal, on a salad or a sandwich, or dip in veggies.
