Sundried Tomato Hummus Snack Idea
Ingredients
- 1 can of chickpeas 380 g
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 0.5 dl sundried tomatoes
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 dl olive oil
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
Preparation
Blend all the ingredients in a food processor until the hummus is nice and smooth.
Serve with your meal, on a salad or a sandwich, or dip in veggies.
