Simple Oil-Free Vegan Hummus Dish
Ingredients
- 400g cooked chickpeas
- 1/2 cup aquafaba (chickpea liquid)
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2-3 tsp cumin
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp water
Preparation
Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth. I use my Vitamix which works perfectly. Season to taste, add a dash more water if it’s too thick for you.
