Portobello Mushroom Burgers
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp coconut aminos
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Optional tsp maple syrup
Preparation
In a small bowl, combine all of the above ingredients besides the mushrooms. Mix everything together
Put the mushrooms in a shallow bowl or a ziplock bag
Add the mixture and make sure the whole mushroom is coated
Marinate for 30 mins
Add olive oil to a grill skillet (or regular skillet) and cook 5 minutes on each side over medium heat
Served here with 2 sweet potatoes + 2 regular potatoes cut into fries and coated with 3 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper. Baked for 40 minutes, flipped halfway through.I always eat these burgers fresh, I’ve never saved them
