Easy Korean Banana Milk with Soy and Vanilla
Ingredients
- 1 semi-frozen banana
- 1 cup soy milk
- 1 tablespoon coconut condensed milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation
Slice a banana and freeze it for 15 minutes to make it semi-frozen.
Blend the semi-frozen banana with soy milk, coconut condensed milk, and vanilla in a high-speed blender until smooth and creamy.
Add ice cubes to make it colder and enjoy.
Optionally, add banana extract for a more artificial banana flavor.
