Easy Korean Banana Milk with Soy and Vanilla

Ingredients

  • 1 semi-frozen banana
  • 1 cup soy milk
  • 1 tablespoon coconut condensed milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation

  1. Slice a banana and freeze it for 15 minutes to make it semi-frozen.

  2. Blend the semi-frozen banana with soy milk, coconut condensed milk, and vanilla in a high-speed blender until smooth and creamy.
