Gorgeous Acai and Cardamom Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 small banana
- 1 heaped tablespoon mixed seeds
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 2 heaped tablespoons coconut yoghurt
- 1/3 cup scoopable frozen acai
- 1/4 cup frozen cherries
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Seeds from 1 cardamom pod
- Almond milk (to fill blender)
Preparation
Fill the blender beaker with almond milk and blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a glass.
To create the lighter layer, add more almond milk to the blender cup and blend again to ensure all sticky chia seeds are incorporated.
