Gorgeous Acai and Cardamom Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 small banana
  • 1 heaped tablespoon mixed seeds
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 heaped tablespoons coconut yoghurt
  • 1/3 cup scoopable frozen acai
  • 1/4 cup frozen cherries
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Seeds from 1 cardamom pod
  • Almond milk (to fill blender)

Preparation

  1. Fill the blender beaker with almond milk and blend until smooth.

  2. Pour the mixture into a glass.

  3. To create the lighter layer, add more almond milk to the blender cup and blend again to ensure all sticky chia seeds are incorporated.
