Simple Roasted Garlic Preparation Method

Ingredients

  • 1 bulb of garlic
  • A few drops of coconut or avocado oil

Preparation

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 400F

  2. Chop top off to create a flat surface of open garlic cloves.

  3. Place on tin foil, and create a cup with walls around the garlic.

  4. Add a few drops of coconut or avocado oil on the open cloves.

  5. Close the top of the tin foil up and put the garlic in the oven for 30 minutes.
