Turmeric Cinnamon Protein Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 150g frozen banana
  • 100g frozen cauliflower
  • 80g frozen mango
  • 1 scoop of the @missfitsnutrition cinnamon and turmeric protein powder
  • Some water

Preparation

  1. Blend all of the ingredients together in a blender.

  2. Pour into a bowl.
